"Friendly and accommodating staff, and the $55 wash and blowout with a neck and head massage is a nice touch. However, the overall experience was just okay. I think whether it’s worth it really depends on the stylist you get. Despite seeing a lot of positive TikTok reviews, it didn’t quite meet my expectations—it feels like you get what you pay for. One downside was cleanliness. I didn’t see brushes being sanitized between clients, which was concerning. Also, wait times can be long depending on the day. If you’re waiting more than 30 minutes, it may not be worth it. Decent service, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"This is the first time I have ever left a salon completely happy!! The massage and hair wash was incredible, it was never ending and I definitely needed it. Ben cut my hair and I could tell right from the beginning that it would be an amazing cut from his steady hand and technique. He made sure every hair on my head was cut, I have extremely thick hair and a lot of people are very nervous to really get in there but he did phenomenal. The blow out was quick and came out bombshell. On top of the price is right!!!! 5 stars all day!"

"I went to this salon after seeing it recommended on TikTok, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, I felt uncomfortable because I was pressured to leave a 20–25% tip. Tipping should always be optional, but it felt like I was being forced into it. I had seen a few comments on TikTok mentioning this, and now I understand what they meant. I was expecting my hair to stay smooth and straight for several months. Instead, after only three days, I washed my hair as instructed, and it was already becoming wavy after two more days, it no longer looked like I had a keratin treatment at all. A keratin treatment should last for months with proper aftercare, not just a few days. For the amount I paid, I expected much better results and service. I was really disappointed and would not recommend this salon based on my experience."
